After a recent rebranding, a client requested our help with printing a new line of company business cards and stationery. They wanted us to develop a program where their design department would create the desired look for the brand, and we would work with them to calculate expected costs for each individual material. Therefore, every time they would need to order business cards for new employees, or reorder company stationery, the purchasing department would know the expected costs ahead of time, making it a hassle-free process. We analyzed the new designs and made our recommendations regarding stock, quantity breakdown, and printing processes. We also presented the expected cost on various scenarios, so the purchasing department had a chance to compare costs and lock on quantities that would fit their budget for full pricing control. Our client submitted all the print files for our full review, and after everything was checked, we submitted the orders to production, following up with our suppliers to ensure everything was being processed as expected. As a result, all the 75+ employees received their business cards sets, and the administration got their company stationery, giving our client the opportunity to coordinate the launch of their new brand all at once. Now, with an email or phone call, they can order business cards for a new employee or place a reorder for more stationery, quick and easy!
